From 440: Take Capitol Blvd South, you will pass a Lutheran school and car dealership on the right and a hotel on the left. Make a Right into Tillery Place. It is directly across Capital Blvd from the ABC Store and just before the Old Louisburg Road turnoff.
From Downtown: Take Capitol Blvd North, outside of town after the Railroad overpass you will pass the Blues Café on the left. The next stoplight is Capital Blvd/Fenton Street. Make a left turn on to Fenton. At the next and only stop sign you will be facing Tillery Place with an ABC store on your left and Capital BLVD South right in front of you.
At Tillery Place: Follow the driveway to the building in the rear. You will see a DOA_Division of Energy office on the right front corner of the building. The front entrance to the DROC is in the center-front of the building. The rear entrance is in the center-rear. Unless otherwise instructed you must sign in at the front door.
